NO CASH REFUND POLICY: No monetary refunds will be given for any reason. Alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges. For equal or lesser value.

unworn items must be returned in which the matter they were purchased. 72 hours from delivery date. 

*Please keep in mind that. Since some of our items are "limited edition" or "specialty items," in which case. Can not be exchanged.  A store credit will be issued.-

Store Credits do not expire! 

(DAMAGED or WRONG ITEMS) Please contact customer support at info@awelureshop.com. please include pictures of damaged or incorrect items. 

You have a 48-hour window in which to do so. If you are having issues meeting that window. Please contact us as soon as possible! We may be able to offer off an alternate solution. 

SHIPPING POLICY: Please double-check that you have entered the correct mailing address. Once items are shipped. They are handled through USPS. Creatively Awe Luring does not have further authority over the items.
